The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and the historic center. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, from restaurants and coffee shops to banks and pharmacies. Plus, the views from the nearby hills were breathtaking, especially from the lighthouse on Creston Hill. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any issues or questions we had.
There were a few negatives about our stay. The Wi-Fi was quite frustrating, as we had to reconnect every time we entered or left the hotel and use a new password provided by the front desk.

The hotel's position was marvellous, really close to the boardwalk `` El Malecón '', and a cafe in the end. Furthermore, very close to everything...

Tons of restaurants, coffee shops, banks, pharmacies, and a fresh food market nearby. The spacious and clean room had a comfortable mattress and good AC. The staff were extremely kind and helpful.
The Wi-Fi connection only lasts for 24 hours and requires you to sign in every day with a different password. The shower had great variations in pressure and temperature and the bathroom was small and poorly lit.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It is conveniently situated near government offices, notaries, and migration services. This makes it an ideal choice for those on business trips. Additionally, the hotel is just a block away from the beautiful boardwalk and Olas Altas beach. There are plenty of options for bars, restaurants, and coffee shops in the area, and even a fresh food market nearby. The rooms are clean and spacious, equipped with a mini fridge to store your water and perishables. The staff are very kind and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The only issue I had during my stay was the noise level. While the staff were accommodating and moved me to a different room, both rooms were still quite loud.

The hotel's location was perfect! It was within walking distance of the beach and local attractions. We also loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed.
The noise level in the rooms was quite high. Even after switching rooms, we found it hard to get a good night's sleep due to the noise from outside.
